Contractual employees will be paid a consolidated monthly salary consisting of Basic Pay as per the existing CPC (Level-1) and Dearness Allowance (DA) according to government rules.
Candidates will be selected in order of merit based on the marks obtained in the NCTVT (NCVT) Trade Test / Practical Test. The cut-off percentage to call candidates for the trade test will be decided by the Academy of Weapon Technology & Management, Ichapur, based on total marks obtained in NCTVT.
The Trade Test will be conducted by the Academy of Weapon Technology & Management, Ichapur.
The merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the NCTVT examination and the Trade Test / Practical Test.
The weightage for the NCTVT examination and Trade Test / Practical Test will be 80% and 20%, respectively.
Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT and Trade Test / Practical Test will be called for document verification in order of merit. The number of candidates called for document verification will be limited to the number of notified posts, discipline/category-wise.
Matriculation + National Trade Certificate (NTC) / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC), issued by the National Council of Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT).
Candidates must download the application form, take a printout, and fill it in Block Letters only.
The envelope must clearly bear the following endorsement: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ‘Trades Name’ ON CONTRACT BASIS”
