Ordnance Factory Dehu Recruitment 2026: Offline applications are invited from the citizens of India fulfilling the requisite qualification/criteria against the vacancies of Tenure based DBW (Danger Building Worker) on CONTRACT BASIS, to work in Ordnance Factory Dehu Road, Pune (Maharashtra) initially for a period of ONE year which may be extended up to a maximum period of FOUR years from the date of engagement (including initial period) based on factory requirement and individual performance.
Selection of the candidates shall be done based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT (NAC) and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit. Cut off percentage for calling candidates for Trade test will be decided by Ordnance Factory Dehu Road, Pune (OFDR).
Merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in NCTVT (now NCVT) Exam and Trade test/Practical Test.
Weightage of Marks in NCTVT now NCVT (NAC) Exam and Trade test/Practical test will be 80% and 20% respectively.
Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT now NCVT (NAC) and Trade Test/ Practical test will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the number of posts notified (Discipline/Category wise).
Ex-apprentices of AOCP trade or its feeder trades (IMСР, ММСР, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic) from Ordnance Factories OR from Government/Private organization having affiliation from Government ITI shall be considered.
Candidates are required to download and print the Application Form with heading “O.F. Dehu Road (OFDR) 2026: “Applications are invited for the post of DBW (AOCP trade) Apprentices of AOCP and its feeder trades” and fill up the same in BLOCK LETTERS only, along with other necessary enclosures, three extra copy of the same photograph (with Name and Date of Birth should be written on backside of photograph) are to be forwarded by post to the following address.
