A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in qualifying examination.
Based on merit, candidates will be called for document verification.
After successful document verification, candidates will be given training engagement letter indicating place of posting and date of reporting at the place of posting and also scheduled date for contract creation at HRD, ECL HQ.
Application (in the prescribed format) with all necessary enclosure must be sent to -The office of the General Manager, HRD, Dishergarh, Paschim Burdwan, WB, 713333 either by speed post or registered post so as to reach on or before 26th September, 2025. Application form shall be dully filled in and complete in all respect. Application submitted before the date of notification of this advertisement and after 26th September, 2025 will be rejected.
