The selected candidates will be placed at the basic pay of RS 20,480/month with 3% annual increment. In addition to the basic pay mentioned above DA, HRA, Fringe Benefits, PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits, Leave will be applicable as per the Corporation rules in force from time to time.
The selection methodology will comprise of two stage selection process i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT) and Trade Test.
The weightage for CBT & Trade Test is 85:15 respectively. The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in each factor of selection and 60% overall to be considered for selection of candidates.
All eligible candidates shall be called for CBT however, for Trade Test, candidates shall be called in the ratio of 1:4 based on the performance in CBT.
CBT shall be of Multiple Choice Type. The Computer Based test is for a duration of 120 Minutes for 100 Questions (20 minutes per hour extra for PwD candidates as per Govt. Guidelines). Each Question will carry 1 mark. Every wrong answer will attract 0.25 negative marks. The Question Paper will be in English, Hindi & Telugu only. However, in case of any error/variation in other languages, the English version of the question shall be valid.
The syllabus for the computer based test will primarily focus on objective type questions derived from the core ITI Trades that candidates have studied as part of their respective Trades.
The applicant should have Matriculation/SSC or its equivalent plus ITI certificate (NTC) with NAC OR Matriculation/SSC or its equivalent plus ITI certificate (NTC) with one year relevant experience in manufacturing processes.
