- The selected persons will be engaged initially for a fixed term of ONE YEAR, which may be extended to a maximum period of 2 years, subject to the performance of the candidate assessed during and at end of each year. The term of engagement will not be extendable beyond THREE years.
- Selected personnel will be paid a consolidated remuneration as below. There are no other allowances carried with the Posts.
- Method of Recruitment: Test and Interview.
- Minimum 30% marks in Test is required to qualify for the interview. Merely qualifying the written exam will not make the candidate eligible to attend the interview. Cut off marks for the interview will be decided by the selection committee based on the number of posts at the time of interview.
- The test shall be based on a. Specific experience criteria mentioned b. Aptitude in relevant engineering discipline c. General aptitude (logical reasoning, numerical ability).
- Test will be of multiple choice question type.
