Assam Rifles Technical & Tradesman Salary Pay scale and other allowances will be applicable/admissible as per the pay scale applicable to the Assam Rifles Personnel.
(i) Passed 10+2/ Intermediate Examination in Science with Physics, Mathematics and English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board and Industrial Training Institute course of minimum two years in one of the following field with NSQF level 4 or above in Information and Communication Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumental Technology (ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Information and Communication Technology from a recognized University or Institution.
Rifleman (Electrical Fitter Signal)
Class 10/ Matric pass from a recognized Board with minimum two years of Technical Training from Industrial Training Institute or two/ three years Diploma in Electrical St Engineering/ Electrician Power Distribution/ Electrician/ Instrumental Technology/ Instruments Mechanic/ Technician Power Electronic System/ Technician Electronic System Design and Repair.
Rifleman (Lineman Field)
Class 10/ Matric pass from a recognized Board with minimum two years of Technical Training from Industrial Training Institute or two/ three years Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Electronics Mechanic/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrician Power Distribution/ Electrician/ Instrumental Technology/ Instrument Mechanic/ Technical Power Electronic System/ Technician Electronic System Design and Repair/ Fibre to Home Technology/ OFC Technology.
Rifleman (Armourer)
10th pass with Industrial Training Institute certificate in welding trade from recognized Institute.
Rifleman (Engineer Equipment Mechanic)
Class 10/ Matric pass from a recognized Board with two years of Technical Training from Industrial Training Institute or minimum two/ three years Diploma in Engineer Equipment Mechanic/ Power Electric Systems/ Mechanic Diesel.
Rifleman (Recovery Vehicle Mechanic)
10th/Matriculation pass from a recognized Board with a two years Industrial Training Institute certificate in Recovery Vehicle Mechanic and a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle Driving License or 10th/Matriculation pass from a recognized Board with a valid Driving License of Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle.
Rifleman (Electrician Motor Vehicle)
Class 10/ Matric pass from a recognized Board with two years of Technical Training from Industrial Training Institute or minimum two three years Diploma in Electrician/Electrical Engineering/ Technical/Power Electronics/ Communication System.
Havildar (Instrument Mechanic)
Class 10/ Matric pass from a recognized Board with two years of Technical Training from Industrial Training Institute or minimum two/ three years Diploma in Instrument Mechanic/Technology Electronic Mechanic / Technology.
