The selection will be based on Computer based written test, Original Document verification and meeting the Company’s Health & Fitness standards.
The Computer based written Test will be of 2 hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness, Part-II will consist of 20 questions on English & Reasoning. Part-III will consist of 60 questions on the concerned Discipline. The Questions will carry 1 mark each and there will be no negative Marks.
The pass marks for the written test will be fixed at 45% which will be relaxed by 5% for candidates from SC/ST/ PwD category.
Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test.
(a) First-class (60%) in respective Trade and have National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). (b) Should have completed Apprenticeship and have a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) under the respective trade issued by Directorate General of Training (DGT).
