KSEB Limited Electricity Worker Selection Will Be Based On Written Test & Poll Climbing Test.

- Minimum Height : (i) For Male candidates 5′ 2” (157.48 cm) (ii) For Female candidates 4′ 9” (144.78 cm)
- Vision : Normal (free from colour blindness)
- Must be Physically fit for outdoor works and physical fitness shall be evaluated by testing poll climbing skill. Candidates must be able to ascend and descend 9m electric pole with in a time limit of 8 minutes. The proficiency of the candidate shall be assessed in a Practical test to be conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission at the time of selection.
