The selection process will entail shortlisting of candidates based on academic credentials, relevant experience and suitable expertise, followed by Written Test, Document Verification & Skill test/ Trade test (as per DOPT O.M. No. 39020/01/2013-Estt(B)-Part dated 29.12.2015), taking into consideration job requirements for the specific post, as per rules of the Company. All the tests will be conducted at Nagpur City only.

| Machinist | ITI certificate in Turner/ Machinist/ Grinder/ Miller trade (or) Diploma (Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Tool & Die Engineering). | 01 years of relevant post qualification industrial experience, in a machine shop / manufacturing workshop, involving operation, setting, and basic programming (where applicable) of CNC machines, VMCs, conventional lathes, milling, grinding, and related machining equipment. |
| Technician (Drilling) | (i) ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery / Diesel Mechanic /Motor Mechanic / Fitter Trade (or) Diploma in Drilling / Mechanical Engineering. (ii) Valid HMV License. | 01 years post qualification relevant experience after passing ITI Certificate in operating Hydrostatic /conventional / RC /DTH /Vacuum suction /Direct rotary drills or Maintenance of drill rig used in surface exploration. |
| Mechanic | (i) ITI Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter trade (or) Diploma (Mechanical Engineering /Automobile Engineering /Production Engineering / Manufacturing/). (ii) Valid HMV License. | 01 year post qualification relevant experience in Diesel Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic/Fitter Trade. Apprenticeship experience also admissible as per conditions as at clause 8- xxvii of Advertisement. |
| Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling) | ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery) (EMM) / Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Fitter trade) or Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Drilling Engineering. | 01 years experience in diesel/motor mechanic /fitter trade /drilling trade after ITI certificate.
