The apprentices will be paid monthly stipend in accordance with Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 or as revised by Government from time to time.
Preliminary selection will be made on the basis of Merit List drawn out Trade and Category wise on the basis of their aggregate Percentage (%) of marks obtained in ITI trades and Std X. Candidates in the Preliminary Merit list will be called for Interview scheduled to be held at Apprentice Training School, Naval Ship Repair Yard, Sri Vijay Puram. The Interview will carry 50 Marks. Candidates will be tested for technical skills in respective trade during interview. Final merit list will be prepared by considering interview marks.
