In addition to Basic Pay, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Perks and Allowances under Cafeteria Approach at the applicable rates shall also be provided. Other Benefits and Allowances as per extant Company Rules.
The selection methodology will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by medical fitness test.
There shall be 100 questions in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and total marks shall be 100. Each correct answer shall carry 01 mark and there shall be no negative marking for wrong answers. The minimum qualifying percentage for (UR/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS is 60%) and for (SC/ ST/ PwBD/ EXM is 50%), further selection shall be made on merit basis.
Duration of Computer Based Test (CBT) shall be of 90 minutes.
